Refund and Return Policy for Lilya Lam Fashion Designing

If there is a mistake with the piece, please contact us within 3 to 7 days provided the piece is new and unworn.

If the measurements of the piece are incorrect by us, we will cover all costs and shipping cost.

If the measurements of the piece are incorrect by the client, we can fix the measurements, but the shipping cost is covered by the client.

There are no refunds on customized abayas.
