Lilya Lam Fashion Designing offers fashion products, including ready-to-wear and customized abayas. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color, fabric, or detailing may occur due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of our designs.
3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately and orders cannot be canceled.

All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.

Full payment is required at checkout.
4. Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery time for domestic and international orders is 7–14 business days.

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Lilya Lam Fashion Designing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

If there is a mistake with your order, you must contact us within 3 to 7 days of receiving the item, provided the piece is new and unworn.

If the mistake is due to incorrect measurements taken by us, we will cover all alteration and shipping costs.

If incorrect measurements were provided by the customer, alterations may be possible; however, shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

There are no refunds on customized abayas.

6. Damaged or Lost Items
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Lilya Lam Fashion Designing is not liable for lost or damaged items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
